The provision of goods & services by JadZa is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, JadZa will advise the customer of this and the customer can choose to wait until the product(s) is in stock or if the customer wishes a refund will be passed in full within 14 days.
If the customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase or would like to make an exchange, they need to return the product to us at their own expense in its original packaging with a covering letter detailing the reasons for returning the product and their contact details. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Returns and refunds will not be accepted for used or damaged products. All shipment costs on such returns are non-refundable.
JadZa will cover the shipping fees for the return of defective or incorrect items supplied by us. JadZa will not cover the shipping fees for the return of incorrect products, sizes or colours ordered by You.

Cancellation of an online order will be fully refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of ordering and prior to shipping. If the product has been shipped the customer must return the item to JadZa at their cost within 14 days of purchase date in order to receive a refund for the product. The item must be sealed in its original packaging without any damage to the product or packaging. Refunds will be credited to the payment card. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
